STEP 2
Sign up to help! Currently you can sign up to volunteer with Hawks on Patrol, or become a TMS PTA board member or assist with special events. Email us for more information about opportunities.
STEP 3
Please bring your photo ID to the front desk at TMS to check in for events or your volunteer shift. Thank you for helping to support our school, students and staff!

What: Hawks on Patrol is a volunteer program that recognizes the need to provide a strong positive role model presence on our local school campus.
Who: Any parent, adult family member or community volunteer – Must have completed / approved background check with KISD and become an approved Hawk on Patrol volunteer. Please email HAWKSONPATROL@gmail.com once you've completed the KISD volunteer application to complete your HOP application and gain access to HOP sign-up system.
When: Shifts will be available as allowed / requested by the school administration team. Adult volunteers will check in at the office, get an official "Hawks on Patrol" lanyard, and monitor all entrances and common areas of the building in support of the TMS Team while also being friendly and engaging with students and staff. The primary focus is to have Hawks on Patrol volunteers during lunch times, expanding to morning greeters. You can sign up for a short shift or multiple shifts to cover several hours. The official kick off is in late September, but we would love for you to join sooner as Hawks on Patrol is launched!
Reminder: To volunteer, you MUST have a current KISD background check (Fill out the KISD Volunteer application then email HawksOnPatrol@gmail.com to get access to the sign up on the schedule, then please check in with the front office before and after your volunteer shift.
